Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after you receive the goods.

After withdrawal, you must return the goods. The items should be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To facilitate your return, we can provide you with a return shipping label.
Please contact us at purchasing@nanosen.de to request a return label and receive further instructions on how to return your item.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether your refund has been.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at purchasing@nanosen.de.
